Melbourne Meeples Inc. is a not-for-profit organisation run by a small number of volunteers who put on a large number of events throughout the year, with the aim of building and developing the Melbourne board game community.

Whether you’ve got an idea for a new board game event and need some assistance, like Meeple power, library, insurance etc. Or perhaps you just like attending our awesome events and want to help contribute to ensure we can keep delivering quality board game events for the Melbourne community.

We have multiple ways for you to get involved!

  • Become a Melbourne Meeples Committee Member
    • A voluntary committee is responsible for our operational and financial management.
    • Committee members must be financial Melbourne Meeples members. 
    • New committee is elected every year at the Melbourne Meeples Annual General Meeting.
    • Find committee expectations here
  • Join one of the sub-committees for a specific event.
    • Help us run your favourite event
  • Become a Volunteer
    • Event planning
    • Event Set up/Pack-Up
    • Assistance with the organisation, either for one specific event, or by joining the Melbourne Meeples
    • Network with the community and serve as an ambassador for Melbourne Meeples and our mission
