May the games be with you!

We have a ton of stuff happening this month, so buckle in and get your diaries out!

We have two super-special events this month. Evergreen Games on Saturday 4th May is a day of board-gaming in Carlton, in aid of the ‘Cure Brain Cancer’ foundation, and on May 26th the Melbourne Board Game Market is BACK at the Collingwood Town Hall.

Read on for more details of these events!

Onto our regular events, BitW (Board in the West) will be on Friday May 3rd from at 6pm at the Point Cook Community Learning Centre.

BitE (Board in the East) is on at the Amaroo Neighbourhood Centre in Chadstone on Friday May 10th from 6pm.

As always, NSEG is at the Croxton from 12pm on Sunday May 5th and May 19th. Come along to play your old favourites and maybe some new games over a great meal.

We will be at Watsonia Library again for Games After Dark on Thursday May 16 from 6.30pm. Join us for some board games suitable for all ages!

Board to Death  is back on Saturday May 18 from 7pm at True North, Coburg. If you would like to enjoy one of True North Osteria’s delicious meals, don’t forget the evening menu starts from 3.30pm, so you can arrive earlier for a meal before starting all the gaming fun!

Melbourne Board Game Market returns

MBGM 2024 logo

After the success of the Melbourne Board Game Market in 2023, it is returning to the Collingwood Town Hall on Sunday May 26.

There is something for everyone at the market! Discover published board games ready to buy, games soon to be released, or play-test games from local designers. Not to mention some great accessories to enhance your game night!

The Flea Market will also be back. If you are looking to buy some second-hand games or have some games gathering dust (or both!), keep an eye on the Melbourne Meeples Melbourne Board Game Market page and socials (Facebook and Instagram) for more details.
